Q: How many estimates do I need for my insurance company?

A: In Minnesota you are only required to get one and you can choose the shop of your choice. To restore your car to pre-accident condition, Humes Collision will work with your insurance company.

Q: How long do your repairs take?

A: The amount of time it takes for us to complete repairs on a damaged car depends on the extent of the damages and how long it takes to get all the parts to complete the repair.  At Humes Collision, our goal is to get your car completed as quickly as possible and back to you. Some times is just a few days.  We will give you an estimate of time when we have all the parts.

Q: What is the difference between re-conditioned and after market parts?

A: Rebuilding is the process of restoring a part to its original state before failure. Re manufacturing is the process of replacing all of the components of a part to make it like its new condition.
